Ordering & Payment
Online Orders. Fast and convenient, our website not only enables you to point, click and purchase, once you sign up for an account with us, it also allows you to track orders, view your order history and create a Wish List. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
Once you’ve finished placing your order, you’ll immediately be given an order confirmation number. We’ll also send you an email with this and full details of your order.
If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on Your Account, signing in, and selecting Order History. To check the status of any other order, please contact us.
We know how fond you are of new arrivals, which is why some of our items are available to “pre-order”. This means that you can order them in advance of the stock becoming available online. Once you’ve added a pre-orderable item to your shopping bag, you’ll see its estimated date of dispatch. Checkout as you would normally, and rest assured that we won’t charge you for a pre-orderable item until it has arrived with us and been dispatched to you. If your pre-orderable item is part of a larger order you’ve placed, we may dispatch your items in multiple packages to avoid any unnecessary delays. In the unlikely event of our vendors not fulfilling pre-orderable items, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will, of course, notify you accordingly. If for any reason you would like to cancel pre-orderable item(s), please contact us, quoting your order confirmation number and we’ll be happy to help.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Solo, Visa Electron, Maestro, PayPal and Grabber Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards. Items are charged when they are dispatched. Orders made using Paypal are charged instantly. For verification purposes, every purchase made with a gift card also requires you to enter a credit card number. Your credit card will only be charged if the order total exceeds the amount on your gift card. In this scenario, you will be charged the outstanding order balance. The information on your credit card will not be used for any other purpose.
If your payment method was declined, it may have been unsuccessful due to incorrect information, card expiration, or insufficient funds. You can choose a new method of payment and contact your bank or the credit card company if you continue to experience difficulties placing your order.
Gift Cards & E-Gift cards
E-gift cards may be purchased online and will be emailed to your recipient. Gift cards may be purchased online or in any of our UK stores, in their respective currencies. Please note that all gift cards and e–gift cards are only valid for redemption in the currency in which they were originally purchased.
E-Gift Cards are sent to the recipient via email within 48 hours of your order. You will receive email confirmation that the E-Gift Card has been sent to your recipient. Please note, we are unfortunately unable to deliver E-Gift Cards to BT Internet addresses and some other smaller email providers. If you do not receive E-Gift Card confirmation, please check that it has not been sent to your junk or promotions folder before contacting Customer Service.
Gift Cards will be mailed to the recipient via UK Standard Shipping free of charge. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. International delivery is also available for physical Gift Cards
Either type of gift card can be redeemed in stores or online. When redeeming a traditional gift card in-store, simply present it at checkout. To use online, enter the gift card number into the Payment Information area at checkout. To reveal the PIN on the physical Gift Card you will need to scratch off the panel on the back of the card (do not peel) To redeem an e-gift card in-store, have your e-gift card information handy, either printed out or accessible by email on your smartphone. When redeeming an e-gift card online, enter the e-gift card number into the Payment Information area at checkout.
